This Privacy Policy explains how MeweoZone (“MeweoZone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the MeweoZone mobile application and related services (the “App”).
The App is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17.
What MeweoZone does: MeweoZone transforms your photos into stunning collages with ease and creativity. Explore templates, customize borders and ratios, and create unique photo compositions in just a few taps.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission.
Information you provide
- Account information: name, username, and email address (if you create or use an account).
- Customer support: content of messages you send to us (including attachments you choose to provide), and related contact information.
- Preferences: settings and preferences you choose in the App.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, identifiers (where permitted), and network information.
- Usage and diagnostics: feature usage, performance data, and crash logs.
- Location (with permission): approximate or precise location only if you grant permission. You can change this at any time in your device settings.
Photos, face data, and sensitive data
- Photos and media: the App accesses photos you select for collage creation.
- No facial recognition / biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition and do not create or store biometric identifiers or templates.
- One-time processing & deletion: content is processed only as needed to provide the feature and not retained longer than necessary. By default, your photos and creations are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share/export them.
- Not used for training or marketing: we do not use your photos to train models or for marketing purposes.
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the App and its features.
- Personalize your experience and save preferences.
- Improve the App through analytics and debugging.
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Customer support and troubleshooting.
- Legal compliance and protecting rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. When we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to protect it, such as using contractual safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable) and other lawful mechanisms.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption, access controls, regular reviews/audits, and backups.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active; if you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize within 30 days (unless legally required to retain certain records).
- Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months (aggregated or pseudonymized where feasible).
- Customer support: retained for up to 6 months after the matter is resolved (unless needed longer for disputes or legal obligations).
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/ object to processing, and withdraw consent (where applicable).

Location permissions: you can enable/disable location access at any time via your device settings.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (for example, analytics or crash reporting). Those services may process information as our service providers under contract, or (in some cases) under their own policies if you directly interact with them.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will update the Effective Date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of MeweoZone’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
